SCM415 steel round bar is a kind of Cr-Mo heat resistant steel bar under JIS G4053 standard. JIS G4053 SCM415 bars can be used at 500-550°C.
JIS G4053 SCM415 round bars are usually produced under the followed procedures: EAF arc furnace + LF purify affinage + VDF + ingot steel(bottom gating /argon) + forged + annealing + black polishing (turnery) + GB/T6402-92 ΙΙ UT test + smooth edges with sawing.
